MS CD-ROM Errors?

Game Copy World has instructions for attempting to make a good copy of
the disc, or playing the game from a 'bad' copy. It looks like M$ Golf
uses 'SafeDisc', which actually will cause the protection keys to be
misread in some CD writers (like my Yamaha 4416S).

Most of the instructions are Windows-centric, but the general ideas
should translate to the respective Linux CDRtools. I haven't personally
tried it, though.
