MS CD-ROM Errors?

I'm not sure what copy protection is actually involved, but I've never
had a problem ripping a whole CD image using readcd from the cdrecord
package and just burning that image.  I'd suggest the new X-CD-Roast
0.98 rather than commandline, in this case.
