last on X for now

[Tewksbury, Chuck]

ok horiz and vert are specified in the manual of my monitor as ranges

eg.
H = 30-70
V = 50-160

now in my monitor's manual as well it says 1024 shoudl be at 75hz
does that refer to Horiz or Vert?
