How to set up multi-boot system?

I don't think you can do what you want. You can stick LInux anywhere, but
DOS must be on the first partition of the first drive. You might be able to
stick Windows 3.1 on the 4th parition. Windows98 is still based on DOS.
But, I don't think you can have both DOS6 and Windows98. Lilo is an
adequate boot manager and will work with Windows98 and DOS6.
