Eh, could be an NT Braino -- wouldn't be the first.

As for getting host-only w/ masquerade working, that's the setting
that I use.  There are two steps:
	1) Get host-only networking working between Linux and VMWare.
	2) Get IP Masquerade working.

You also probably want to run a caching nameserver on your Linux box
so that you can always point NT at your Linux box for name service.
