[NVRG] VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Guys and Gals,
We still need volunteers for numerous small jobs during our upcoming meet. Here is the line up so far.

IF YOU OR YOUR SPOUSE CAN HELP WITH ANY EVENT SHOWN BELOW PLEASE CONTACT THE LEADER IN CHARGE.

1. Trailer Parking---Joe Freund:  June 7, 8 from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Volunteers:  Prater, Ogle, 2 Harpers, Martin
 WE NEED HELP HERE!

2. Registration Desk---Ken Burns:  June 7, 8  from 8:00am to 6:pm and 8:00am to 9:00am June 9.
Volunteers:  2 Burns, L.Simons, C Dubois,  P Girman,  Henderson, Amster, Ogle, Blum, LaBaugh.
NO HELP NEEDED HERE.

3. Big Ticket Raffle Sales---Gunnarson: June 7, 8, 9, 10 from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Volunteers: H Dubois, F Miller, C Clement, Nice, J Girman, S Zimmerli,.
WE NEED HELP HERE.

4. Raffle Room---Harrington: June 7, 8, 9, 10 from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Volunteers: C Dubois, S Clement, Prater, S Randall, L Simons, A Zimmerli, Spretcher, J Girman
WE MAY NEED HELP HERE.

5. Driving Tour Leaders.
June 7, from 1:15pm to 4:30pm Manassas Battlefield. Tour Leaders: Arrington and Sturm.
June 8, from 10:00am to 2;00PM Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum. Tour Leaders: Westrate and LaBaugh
June 9, from 3:00pm to 9:00pm Cross Farm. Tour Leaders: Sweet, Westrate, Dubois, Randall, Selley, Blum, Burns.
June 10, Possible tour to Second Manassas Battlefield. Tour Leader Arrington and Sturm
NO HELP NEEDED HERE.

6. Show Day---Green and Westrate: June 9 from 9:00am to 3:30pm.
Volunteers: Groves, Dubois, Shafer, Ogle, Ryan, Nice

6. Cross Farm Picnic---Freund: June 9 from 3:00pm to 9:00pm.
Many jobs needed. Check with Joe Freund.
