Sounds like ideal work for an LLM: "Create an app in $language for 
$target that does $things" and out pops v0.1

Fivr? (I dunno how to spell the cutesy version of "Fiver" that they've 
stylized as).

Might be able to get some coding done through that site.




Final note, I'm pretty sure there are a couple cross-platform mobile 
development languages (Flutter? React Native?) - might be worth 
specifying one of those so one code base could deploy on both platforms.
