[Discuss] Host test script

Hi All,

I have a client reporting performance issues.  We're utilizing two hosting companies.  I would like to generally see which performs better for hosting something like WordPress.  Does such a tool already exist?

If not I was thinking of whipping up a little test script in PHP-CLI to make some basic tests.  What do you think?
