[Discuss] Mass Tax on Software Services

As the owner of a small IT company I am trying to figure out what is
taxable and what is not.  Does the Department of Taxation have a phone
number to call?  I would like to post it on a couple of discussion boards I
am on.

Also, what legislator sponsored the IT sales tax section of the
transportation bill?  I would like to contact him and ask what the sales
tax applies to.
