[Discuss] SVN server - What hardware do I need?

In this case, the VNC access is both to have a graphical environment, and
also have that environment be managed like a company desktop.  Having
builds done "locally" this way means that there are more controls over what
toolchain is used and also more control over where the source code and
build artifacts end up.
