My friends father works for Verizon and according to him (The verizon
employee), many of the cities signed a contract with Comcast so they would
be the only provider of "Broadband" internet or something to that affect.
Many of those contracts are going to be ending soon. I Know Milton and
Quincy both fall under that umbrella.
