After some experimentation, this seemed to work:

(defun RunMultipleKbdMacros ()
  "Run Multiple Keyboard Macros."
  (interactive)
  (execute-kbd-macro 'SetMacroDef1)
  (execute-kbd-macro 'SetMacroDef2))
