You can't.  Here, go into Settings -> Applications.  On a stock Android system there is a checkbox for "Unknown sources".  This lets you install programs from outside the Marketplace (also allows Titanium to restore from backups).  AT&T's Android devices don't have this option.  It just isn't there:
