[Discuss] BLU PGP Keysigning next month

The September 21 BLU meeting is our annual PGP/GnuPG keysigning party.
We generally reset the registration list for the keysignings in early August
prior to the meeting. If you had registered your key last year for last year's
keysigning, you need to register again for this year's keysigning.

We cleared the registration list a couple weeks ago. In order to participate
in the keysigning, you must add your key to the registration list.
A few participants have done so already.
