Look at Word Web (http://www.wordweb.info/)
This can be used offline. They have a free and pro version. It is not
OpenSource and has one of the weirdest licenses I've seen as it has to
do with how many flights you take in a year. In any case, it is NOT
OpenSource, but it is free to use, and works offline.
