Is there any reason you can't just use Comcast's outgoing SMTP server
for you outbound mail? I did that for years with my domain name
(Comcast SMTP for outgoing, DynDns MailHop for incoming). You'll need
to set up your SPF records to include comcast's outgoing servers; you'll
also need to set it up with authorization and send it to port 587. I
can dig up how I set up sendmail's authinfo to make it work if you're
interested.
