How to whitelist hotmail/msn

I manage a small hosting company, and I had the same problem, usually all
mail going out from the server was usually marked as spam, or in the best of
cases defered, I solve some of those problems installing domain keys and spf
records, usually is very easy, and believe me :D it works very well.
