How does one force sendmail to use only a single interface

We added a new IP address to the BLU server in anticipation of migrating
to a new range of IP addresses, but that address is causing some ISPs to
reject us. I don't want to disable the interface, but is there a way we
can force sendmail to bind itself only to eth0, not eth1.
