You call this "firm and simple?"
I don't know about that ... Doesn't sound very persuasive.

Again, "firm and simple" means use clear language.  Not ... What would you call this ... Analogies?  Or perhaps some other word ...

I'm not going to read any further.  Also, simply stating a position, handing out a mandate, probably not very effective.  There is a human, or group of humans on "the other side" who is making some sort of motion based on thoughts in their head, attempting to achieve something they feel to be of value.  If you want to make serious progress, you'll have to have some understanding of what they're thinking, and be able to address it.
