Ah ha!
I found the ISO image that I had copied to the server then deleted:
vmkload_a 2036 root 35r REG 104,2 3719614464 497176
/vmimages/tools-isoimages/suse-10.2-i386.iso (deleted)
How do I make it go away permanently?
