http://www.open-source-staffing.com/ is one, though they don't appear to 
be local (or at least their jobs list currently isn't; they've posted 
jobs on BLU in the past).

http://www.workbridgeassociates.com/ has at least one recruiter 
(Phillip.Perkins-w7gXZhmY1yfl6r/n6pq7h3WWXwTnBQ4n at public.gmane.org) that claims to specialize in 
open source.

There's at least one other agency I've ran across, but I can't seem to 
find the name now.
