If your target application works with XP and you are using Windows
strictly as an "emulation layer" to support a specific application (and
thus all the other bells and whistles are irrelevant), what's the
advantage to using Win 7?
Isn't it more optimal to use the oldest/smallest/most efficient version
of Windows that will run the target app.?
