There is a port of dmidecode to Windows here:

http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/dmidecode.htm

I'm back to work from vacation and picking back up on integrating the
bits from that into python-dmidecode
(http://projects.autonomy.net.au/dmidecode/) so that will work on
Windows too.
