Does Windows actually have links? Unix=AE and Linux have had hard links=20
since 1969 (and 1991 for Linux), and Symbolic links since 1983. Windows=20
more recently adopted symbolic-like links. But, in Windows, does arg0 of =

an executable reflect the compiled name of the program, the actual name, =

or the symbolic link name if that was used to execute it. I have not=20
programmed in Windows since the original WNT on the Digital Alpha when=20
there were no symbolic links.
