I tried TwinView and Xinerama. While I liked the feel of being able to
move apps from one screen to another, I wasn't able to figure out how to
get mythfrontend to appear only on the TV, and with the right
dimensions. It's easy as two separate X screens, because I can tell
mythfrontend to automatically set its size to the whole screen, then
launch it from the menu on the TV.
