Every profession has its own jargon; this is sales-speak, not
tech jargon.

A quick translation:

"Talk about the ease of administration and consistent look and
feel of Windows products. Since there's One Microsoft Way,
there's a Microsoft product for everything. And it will have a
GUI. Linux is largely configured by people typing things into
text files; that requires much more skill than answering a
simple series of questions. More skill means more money."
