Just to buoy up the conspiracy theory.
SCO's attorneys are Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP. One might remember
that they represented Microsoft in the anti-trust suit.

AFAIK, Boies, Schiller & Flexner is in for the duration.
The next interesting issue is going to be how SCO is able to argue
against the Declarations of David Bradford, Tor Braham, and Allison
Amadia who presented some reasonably strong evidence that Novell
retains the Unix and UnixWare copyrights and Patents. It is possible
that Caldera (SCO) may have been mislead when they bought Tarentella's
Unix (SCO) division. In any case, the BLU is not going to pay SCO for a
Linux license :-)
