April 2, Boston RFI released:
"openairboston.net (OAB), a non-profit created to build and manage a wholesale, 
municipal WiFi network for the City of Boston (City), invites prospective 
companies (Respondents) to submit a high level description for the deployment 
of a wireless broadband network (Network) throughout the City..."

Section "B2: Wireless Innovation Center" on pp 19-20 seems 
particularly interesting...
