language support for Solaris

You guys must think I'm nuts posting all these solaris e-mails to the 
BLU mailing list... Please let me know
if they are really inappropriate and I should be using a different 
mailing list... In anycase, I managed to
download and install Solaris 10 for x86, but found no language support. 
Any idea if I can also down load
it for free? Or do I have to pay for the solaris language support?
