It appears you are correct, but I have had this connection for some
time, who knows what was offered when I signed up (I don't know).
Also, the no-phone-line option costs more and VoIP didn't exist at
that point, so I wouldn't have chosen it.  My previous DSL provider,
however, came in on a different wire with no voice on it; that's just
the way they worked.
