I believe this is a power manangement issue. Check for a firmcard upgrade to the card.... Though you would problably need to use windows to run the upgrade. I noticed your listings show "power management off" but that might be misleading (maybe you can turn it on and see if that does anything - though I dont think it will) I had a problem (on Linux) like this but I forget if I also needed to upgrade the bios.  Also you might check the netgrear site to see if they have a newer router patch -- after I patched my (older) linksys router things where a whole lot nicer all around.
