Newbie Question-Networking

[karina.popkova at verizon.net]

when entering "netstat -m" at cmd line
machine says:
netstat: invalid option --m
then lists all options for cmd such as:
netstat [-veenNcCF] [<AF> -r
and on and on and on ...

what did I miss ?
