Yep, tried that, no luck.
When I boot the machine up and it reads the network configuration file,
and I type route -n, I get
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags ....
192.168.1.245 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 UH ....
0.0.0.0 192.168.1.245 0.0.0.0 UG ....
When I type "ifconfig eth1", it reports an address of 192.168.1.13,
broadcast 192.168.1.255, netmask 255.255.255.255. The base station has
(according to its Web interface) address 192.168.1.245, netmask
255.255.255.0, gateway 192.168.1.1.
I can use the wireless card on my wife's new Windows laptop to reach the
rest of the Net through the base station, so it seems that everything on
that end is set up properly.
