I wouldn't even think twice about this one. 2 options:
Debian Unstable, installed from a Knoppix disc

Or, PCLinuxOS

It builds on Mandrake, and has quite a bit of extra "stuff" added, including 
an excellent apt-get, Java, flash, etc. Stay current with updates too.

Just my two, but I have used both extensively.
