I have an account at TheWorld ($9.89/Mo). When I went down to Atlanta, I
logged into TheWorld from Petersburg Va., Atlanta, somewhere in North
Carolina, and Williamsburg, Va, all local calls. My Comcast mail was all
web based. The only problem was that Brightmail had filtered a lot of
mail into the scanned folder, filling up my Comcast mailbox.
