AIX: Mystery of the phantom man

Hello all,
    I have a problem with an AIX machine that came my way: I have completed
a reinstall, but the system does not seem to have manpages, nor do I seem
able to find in which package the darn things are....

    Keep in mind that I have experience with a doxen UNIXes, but not with
AIX.

    Someone hit me with the clue stick please! -Federico
