PGP/GnuPG Keysigning Party - Sep 17

We'll be holding our next PGP/GnuPG keysigning party at the September 
BLU meeting. As there has been some confusion in the past, I should 
point out that we'll be using the "GnuPG Keysigning Party HOWTO"
