Consider mentioning/strengthening non-computer related interests. Maybe
you're a musician, not professionally, but a serious amateur. That
might play very well if you're interested in doing IT work for a company
in the music biz. Etc.
Sometimes people would rather have people they can pigeon hole as
"Computer Person" or somesuch, but in other cases it's just the
opposite. Employers might like to see that the person connects with
their business in some fashion.
And don't drink too much coffee before a long interview. You'll likely
wind up distracted... ;)
