Failure to boot install-disk from SCSI CD-ROM drive.

Not with Mandrake, but I have a SCSI CD-ROM on my desktop system, and have
never been able to get it to boot from CD. It is a more modern system than
yours. I create the appropriate boot floppies. I use SuSE Linux, but you
should be able to create boot floppies from your Mandrake distro.
