Linux-friendly ISPs?

   I guess I'll plug my current ISP once again.  I've been with Cyber
Access Internet Communications (www.cybercom.net) since 1998 and it's gone
rather well.  They're a small company, so you get one of three or four
people when you call.  If you're calling for support, you'll be talking to
the people who run their network.  It's nice to call your ISP and actually 
LEARN something.
   They offer a pretty standard dialup package for $20/mo, less if you 
pre-pay for six months or a year.

I bring this all up because now Microsoft has a new version out,
Windows XP, which according to everybody is the "most reliable
Windows ever." To me, this is like saying that asparagus is
"the most articulate vegetable ever."
