Minicom and windows

I really like terra term pro (free) for null modem connections under
windows.

There are many... hyperterminal comes w/ windows.  putty is another,
downloadable, free and recommended.

minicom with a null modem setup.  I know there is a
similar program under windows.  would someone be kind
enough and tell me the name of the program?  thank
