  Well I doubt most people see it so black and white.  fdisk doesn't let
me dump the entire disklabel and mbr boot code in hex to the screen, but
I wouldn't say that it doesn't do what I want because of it, even if I
did want to dump them to screen.
  I most certainly know what I'm doing, but think it is silly to have to
worry about actual block numbers for where a partition begins and ends. 
Specifying the sizes in megabytes makes much more sense.  The only
things I can't do in Disk Druid are things I got sick and tired of doing
over the years with fdisk.  fdisk has it's place, but Disk Druid was a
long time coming and serves the purpose of disk partitioning well and
probably takes care of 99% of the needs most people would have today,
even the technically inclined like those on this list.
  Unfortunately, I don't think it's available as a standalone app --
only within the anaconda installer.
  Anyhow, I do feel like I'm killing a gnat with sledgehammer here :-)
