Pine (later versions, maybe 4.3+) add a line to the end of the message
that reads:
[ Note: This message contains email list management information ]
The last part is a link that can be followed to a page of links for
each available option. It seems that you can get help, subscribe,
unsubscribe, and post a new message from there. I've never used this
feature, so I don't know if it actually works.
