my experience with redhat7.1 is that you need to change permissions on your 'Q'. chmod 755 <path/lp[n]>
where path is to your spool, and lp is the Queue, n being the number(if you have more than one Queue).
I'm assuming your behind a router, otherwise you can only have one connection to mediaone.
