Want: Faceplate w/RJ45 jack built-in

Try looking under "Electric Equip. & Supls.-Whol." in your Yellow Pages.  
Even though it says wholesale, they usually sell to the public too.  You 
might call first.  I found everything I needed at Beacon Electric, 
Medford.
