I _believe_ that the only thing that's legally binding is the service
agreement you _sign_ when you get the service.  I just moved and had to
get my service reinstalled, so I have a copy of the latest service
agreement at my house.  I'll try to remember to take a look-see tonight to
see what it says (um, yeah, I read it when I signed it ... cough ... I
just forgot what it said).
