open source bug tracking tools?

We use Bugzilla at my company to manage large development projects.  It is
excellent, although we have the unbeatable advantage of having a guy on
staff who is a wizard with it.  It's capable of handling very large
projects.  I only mention the wizard because I'm not the guy who maintains
it, and I do know that, like any sophisticated software product, it does
require customization.  It's web-based, runs on both Solaris and Linux (we
run on Linux) and is back-ended on a variety of systems, we use MySQL.
