PGP e-mail et al.

I want to start using PGP (freePGP :) for communications.  Signing
and encrpyting e-mail when it is appropriate.

Anyone know of where I could get a NetScape communicator plugin for
this?

I will probably need something for Pine and M$ Outlook/Outlook
Express too.
