No, I'm doing it by hand. Expect isn't even installed on the system.
Also, the set_cnt was the first thing I tried. I tried it at 1024, 2048,
and 8192, and it still didn't work. I get the problem when I try to
connect immediately after rebooting, so I think the ptys are actually
disabled, not simply running out.
