Plea for help: The detriment of using Microsoft products

Sigh.  Try looking at the site:

I did a search on "Lead Assessor", which led me to the SEI Appraisal
Process.  Search on that led me to the directory, what the appraisal
process is and how to get on the list of assessors. As in
trained by SEI, and if you're not on that list, you're not a Lead
Assessor.  Yes, the list that I pointed to earlier is "self-reported,"
but read the above page.

A CPR card is signed by a certified instructor, who has gone through
the Red Cross or AHA training for instructor certification.  This
includes doing training under an "instructor instructor" (someone
trained and authorized to train instructors).  Yes,
usually in the EMS world, since CPR training counts toward their own
recert.  However, being a nurse, EMT-Basic, EMT-Intermediate, or
EMT-Paramedic is not a requirement.
